William Cullen
William (Bill) Cullen has been involved in emergency services for over thirty years. He recently retired as the Assistant Emergency Coordinator of a large research facility of a Fortune 100 corporation. Bill is a former Chief and former Fire Commissioner of Fire District No. 1, Franklin Township, Somerset County, NJ. Bill also serves as a Senior Fire Instructor at the Somerset County Emergency Services Training Academy and a Hazardous Materials Technical Specialist with the Franklin Township Office of Emergency Management.
Bill's background includes experience in firefighting, hazardous materials, fire chemistry, industrial emergency response, and incident management. He is a New Jersey certified Fire Instructor Level 2, Incident Manager Level 3, and EMT. Bill holds teaching certifications in many areas of emergency response including:
