Our principal partners are all certified New Jersey Fire Instructors - Level II and have been delivering training and educational programs for more than a decade. The GoldShield TEAM is also available to assist in designing and delivering customized scenario development and exercise evaluation for tabletop exercises, functional exercises, and full scale exercises.
Assessments
GoldShield TEAM believes that preparing for incidents before they happen is critical. Therefore, we recommend that organizations take a "total program approach" when it comes to hazard identification and risk assessment. These first steps in the process are critical and are essential in prioritizing and creating risk management strategies and plans.
Management
Once a through all hazards assessment has been completed, organizations can begin planning and preparing for incidents before they happen. In addition, organizations must consider how to best integrate their new and existing emergency plans, many of which are required under multiple regulatory programs, into one management and operational framework that can be used during an event, incident, or crisis.
GoldShield TEAM is available to assist your organization in developing plans and procedures, conducting audits and/or special studies, and providing training and education designed to fit your needs.
